Commercial Use Licenses
Using Belliaroze® design assets to create physical and digital products for sale
When you purchase an asset from Belliaroze®, a single Standard Commercial Use License is already included.
If a commercial license is already included in my purchase, when do I have to purchase additional licensing?

If you would like to use a Belliaroze® design asset "as is" and unaltered

If you intend on, or exceed 500 end product sales.

You can either purchase another Standard license for another 500 product sales, or, you can purchase an extended license.

Extended License
-
Commercial use is for an unlimited amount of end product sales.

When an Extended Commercial Use License is purchased with the intended asset, you may use a Belliaroze® design asset for upload in its original form without alterations to print on demand websites.

When an Extended Commercial Use License is purchased with the intended asset, you may use the Belliaroze® design asset by itself for commercial use.
Standard License
-
Commercial use is limited to 500 product sales.
​

The products you create must take effort and be a new design. You must incorporate Belliaroze® design assets in collaboration with your own work. Belliaroze® design assets are to be used as design tools but not as final products themselves.
​

For example, you may not take a background texture and sell it as-is as an art print or a card. You must add your own design elements and incorporate the background texture into a new design.

Under no circumstances are Belliaroze® design assets to be used by itself for re-selling or commercial use.
​

For example, uploading a background purchased from Belliaroze® to Redbubble or any print on demand site and using it to sell a pillow case is not allowed.
​

You may not sell Belliaroze® design assets for upload in its original form without alterations to print on demand websites. You may not upload any artwork or asset alone and unaltered on any "on demand" platform.
Purchasing and downloading from Belliaroze® signifies you agree with the terms of use to which you will be bound by
Your use of any assets from Belliaroze® is subject to the applicable license that is purchased separately or included in your purchase of all Belliaroze® assets. By downloading assets from Belliaroze® you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this License Usage Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Belliaroze®. Belliaroze's failure to assert any right or provision under this License shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Belliaroze® and the Belliaroze® brand are registered trademarks.
Copyright and ownership of all artwork and assets maintains with Belliaroze® at all times. Purchase of artwork, assets, or licenses do not indicate transfer of copyright. Claiming the work of, or suggesting in anyway that assets or artwork from Belliaroze® are your own or have been created by you is strictly prohibited.

DMCA TAKE DOWN
Regular usage checks are done to ensure assets remain exclusive for Belliaroze® clients. DMCA Take Down notices are the first course of action. Upon Belliaroze's request, you shall immediately remove the item from any unauthorized location or use, including an unauthorized social media platform or website.

REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL ITEMS
Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds or exchanges will be granted after completed purchases. Items purchased from Belliaroze® are provided ‘as-is’ without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
​
If you have any problems with the product you have downloaded please contact me.

The proper license needs to be purchased for your intended use.

​Commercial Licenses are non-transferable between assets and they are non-refundable.

“Sharing” files from Belliaroze® equates to theft. Assets purchased from Belliaroze® are intended for use and licensed by the purchaser.

Under no circumstances are you to falsely represent authorship and/or ownership of the assets, graphics, and artworks from Belliaroze®.

You may not sell design resources using my assets for example, texture packs, digital paper, clip art, vector, etc.

You may not offer assets in whole or as part of free downloads at any time.​
​

All files you are offering that include Belliaroze® assets must be flattened.​​

Assets may not be used in a pornographic, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful manner.

BRANDING & LOGO USE

You may use an illustration as part of your logo, as long as the illustration is modified and not the dominant element of the logo. However, you must disclaim the asset if registering for Trademark protection, and you may not enforce any rights on the asset itself.

FREEBIES
​

When you download a free asset from the Belliaroze® subscription email or website, that asset includes a Standard Commercial Use License.​ You may use any free asset for or as part of any commercial work, and your use will remain in agreement with the terms outlined here.​
​

You may not redistribute or share free assets.
​
